I've been trying to follow it (from other posts youve done) but I've had little luck - always an AOIC error. I had the all in onesoftware working miraculously yesterday but running the first patch that clears all the A920 data has left me unable to make it all work together. I've asked this question before and received the answer about removing the old driver and installing the updated driver from the website. I now have the problem of no communication between the printer/scanner and the computer.

I've done all of the troubleshooting section for this problem from the printer page and looked in the device manager that states that the printer/scanner is connected and ready to go according to the diagnostic test.firewall is set to allow printer to go through it, etc. Any suggestions beyond this????
