The villa is designed to be perfectly equipped for large groups (ideal for family reunions, retreats, conferences or themed vacations such as cooking classes or painting classes), but it is still perfect for a smaller family that wants luxury. Parts of the villa can be closed off so that you will not feel lost in the house in any way. The price of the villa varies depending on the occupancy. Villa Verde is built to a very high standard and has a huge (20 meters long by 4 meters wide) heated swimming pool with an automatic sun deck. With one press of a button the deck opens and you can enjoy a swim in this pool with built-in steps for easy access. Black mosaic tiles create a beautiful effect: it looks like the pool and sea are melting together. The deck uses the heat of the sun to heat the water; therefore there are less electricity costs.
