Adolescent Coping Scale Adjusted Scores
(ACS-2) is an important research, clinical and educational instrument designed to support young people when examining their own coping behaviour. Updated to measure the usage and helpfulness of coping strategies in general and specific situations, it reliably assesses 20 distinct coping strategies. Key Features:. Assists adolescents to assess, reflect on and then develop their own coping skills. Measures adolescents’ usage of various coping behaviours and the effectiveness of these responses. Long Form has been streamlined from 80 to 60 items.
Simplified scoring and interpretation. A follow-up program, is designed to provide teachers, youth workers, social workers and counsellors with a structured, comprehensive program for helping adolescents develop resilience and coping skills. The ACS-2 can be administered and scored by hand, or online via the ACER Psychological Testing Platform (APT). The new APT platform enables clients to easily manage their candidates, assign assessments and purchase credits. Clients can search, order and prioritise candidates and results based on the chosen criteria – and generate reports when it suits.There’s an informative Help section with useful information and some short webinars.
